All goods are shipped from Dr Peter D'Adamo's South African distributor, who is based in Bloemfontein South Africa.
We currently have three shipping options:
- REGISTERED POST - take about 7 business days and is delivered to your nearest post-office.
- SPEED SERVICES - takes 2 business days and is delivered to your local post-office only.
- FEDEX COURIER - takes 1-2 business days and is delivered to your physical address only.
